Packing List for Post-Closing Set-Up

Every house I live in I make a binder for that house. It holds all the manuals that come with the house’s appliances and even my small kitchen appliances. If it’s a relevant operations manual for something in the house, it goes in my binder. I like to add a page with my paint colors and sheen. Also, I take the sticker off the router with the admin password and I keep it in this binder. I use a 2” binder with plastic sleeves, the booklets slide nicely in there and I can flip through it quickly to find what I need. I keep mine in my owner’s closet so it’s handy. You can always create a second binder with all the small kitchen electric appliances to keep in the pantry for guests.
