There are several consumables that Southern Hospitality Stays provides in all vacation rentals. We base these on what you will find in a 3-star hotel with a kitchen or kitchenette. We strive to provide the supplies guests need to comfortably stay in your home.
Kitchen
We provide everything for a morning warm beverage. For coffee makers we stock ground coffee, coffee filters, coffee mate, and Splenda packets. We also provide herbal tea and a couple caffeinated tea options. During the winter months, we provide hot cocoa packets.
We also stock dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels per week, a dish brush, and trash bags.
For cooking, we stock salt, pepper, and cooking oil as these are called out on Airbnb.
Bathrooms
We stock shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. In the master bathroom, we stock items that guests may need but forgot such as a tooth brush, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products. Our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers mount to the tile with a 3M adhesive for a strong hold and easy removal.
Laundry Room
We stock laundry detergent and stain remover.
