SoHo Stays, short for Southern Hospitality Stays, is a premier short-term rental management company based in Southern Utah centrally located near National Parks, shopping and great dining. Owned and operated by Todd and Jenny Miller, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to maximize your rental income and provide your guests with an unforgettable experience. We are not one of the "big guys" and we strive to provide owners and guests with a boutique service tailored for their preferences.

Our journey as hosts began when a friend recommended we list our rental on Airbnb. At that time, all our properties were on yearly leases. We decided to give it a shot with one property that boasts stunning views of the red rock formations of Washington, Utah. The sunsets here are truly spectacular, creating a breathtaking backdrop that captivates our guests!

Megan is our property manager extraordinaire. This is the first rental property we have purchased and we are continually surprised at Megan's dedication. She assisted us in getting everything set up to rent through AirBnb, offered suggestions for equipping our house to attract guests, helps us maximize our rental by watching market trends, communicates kindly and efficiently with our guests to ensure they have an enjoyable stay, and assures that our property is well maintained. She is a delight to work with. We plan to grow our Airbnb business with Megan as our right hand.

Lovely home, close to St. George and Sand Hollow recreation area. Approximately 40 minutes to Zion NP. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Very comfortable living and sleeping areas. I am looking forward to a return trip already! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!
